What does "Starting at" mean for each tier?
Base pricing covers the Prism platform license. Azure hosting — the infrastructure running your dedicated instance — is billed directly to you by Microsoft. Hosting costs vary by tier and usage, typically $250–$1,640/mo. We'll give you a full cost estimate before you sign anything.
What Azure costs should I expect?
A typical RIA setup runs about $250–$600/mo in Azure costs for the Starter tier (App Service B2, PostgreSQL Flexible Server, Key Vault). Enterprise deployments with higher availability and larger databases run $800–$1,640/mo. We help you right-size the architecture.
Is there a free trial?
We offer a guided demo where we run live screens on your actual watchlist — that's the best way to evaluate fit. Founding Member pricing ($75/mo) is available for early adopters who want to get started immediately at a locked-in rate.
Can I upgrade between tiers?
Yes — tiers are based on user and client seat counts. You can upgrade as your practice grows. Pricing adjustments take effect at the next billing cycle.
What's included in white-label branding?
Your firm name, logo, and colors appear on the client-facing portal. Clients see your brand, not Prism's. This is included in all tiers at no extra charge.
Do I need a securities attorney before going live?
We strongly recommend having your compliance counsel review the platform and disclaimers before onboarding clients. Prism is a research screening tool — not a financial advisory system — and your client agreements should reflect that.
